These terms govern every order placed on AIRTEK. By checking out, you accept the sections below.
Age Requirement
All airsoft blasters sold by AIRTEK are restricted to adults 18 years of age or older. By placing an order, you certify that you meet this requirement and that shipment to your address complies with local law.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During promotions, holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Placing an order does not guarantee stock. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer a replacement, backorder or refund.
Shipping & Delivery
AIRTEK ships within the United States only. Certain municipalities restrict the sale, transport or possession of airsoft blasters — it is your responsibility to confirm that your address is eligible before ordering.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, transit times are handled by the carrier. AIRTEK is not liable for carrier delays, misdelivery or lost packages once tracking shows the parcel in transit; claims must be filed with the carrier.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation before an order enters fulfillment. Once a shipping label has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled and must be returned per the policy below.
Returns
Unopened, unused merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery for store credit or a refund, minus original shipping and a restocking fee of up to 15%. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
The following are not returnable: BBs, gas, batteries, chargers, pyrotechnics, apparel, opened blasters, clearance items and any product that has been fired, disassembled, upgraded or modified.
Contact customer service before shipping anything back. Returns received without a return authorization will be refused.
Defective on Arrival (DOA)
Every blaster is inspected before shipment. If a product arrives non-functional, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with a short video or photo demonstrating the defect. Qualifying DOA items are eligible for repair, replacement or refund at AIRTEK's discretion.
A product is not considered DOA if the issue is caused by low battery charge, incompatible gas, incorrect BB weight, user disassembly or third-party parts. Basic troubleshooting may be requested before authorization.
Limited Warranty
AIRTEK offers a 30-day limited warranty on new blasters covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use. The warranty covers internal gearbox failures, valve failures and factory assembly issues that appear during the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover: cosmetic wear, broken external plastics from drops or impacts, damage caused by improper gas or ammunition, corrosion from lack of maintenance, unauthorized upgrades, and any product used outside private property or an insured field.
Warranty service is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part. Shipping to AIRTEK is the customer's responsibility; return shipping is covered for approved claims.
Upgrades & Third-Party Work
Any internal modification, tech work, or installation of aftermarket parts — performed by the customer or by a third party — voids the manufacturer warranty and the AIRTEK limited warranty on the affected system.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact us first. Fraudulent chargebacks filed without prior contact will be contested with tracking and delivery evidence, and the associated account may be blocked from future orders.
