You must be at least 18 years old to browse airsoft products and to place an order on AIRTEK. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally allowed to purchase airsoft blasters in your jurisdiction.

All products sold on AIRTEK are recreational airsoft blasters that project 6 mm plastic BBs. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, cancel affected orders and refund any amount already charged.

Product photographs are for illustration. Colors, markings, trademarks, magazine capacities and included accessories may vary slightly between production runs.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. AIRTEK may accept or refuse any order at its discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, ineligible shipping address, or violation of these terms. Payment must clear before shipment.

• Use the site for lawful, personal purposes only.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, probe or reverse engineer the site or its security.
• Do not scrape, resell, or republish product data, photography or copy without written permission.
• Do not submit false information, fraudulent orders or abusive messages.

Airsoft blasters are not toys. You are solely responsible for storing, transporting and using every product purchased from AIRTEK in accordance with local, state and federal law, and for using appropriate eye and face protection during play.

The AIRTEK name, logo, product photography, layout and copy are the property of AIRTEK or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

AIRTEK may link to third-party sites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of external sites.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIRTEK is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of the use, misuse or inability to use any product or the website. Total liability for any claim related to a product is capped at the amount paid for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold AIRTEK harmless from any claim arising out of your violation of these terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AIRTEK is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
